Hey everyone! Today's vlog is about mental health during Coronavirus pandemic. I filmed it in a lockdown/quarantine in Honduras.
I noticed that when the self-quarantines started all over the world - we kind of panicked but also panic gave us an opportunity to do crazy stuff. Like watching series for 12 hours straight or eating or whatever makes you instantly feel better.
But we are slowly transitioning to different times - times where the self-quarantine, lack of freedom and social contact, rising feeling of uncertainty etc. are becoming a norm. So the real question is: HOW DO WE DEAL WITH IT in a gentle way? In a way that will improve our mental health on the long run.
I am not immune to all of this! Yes, I am fortunate in my situation, much more than a lot of people. But feelings of anxiety and sadness started creeping in. So the suggestions in the videos really are first hand :)
