I was inspired by the abundance of our garden for today's ALL BEETROOT video. I love cooking with beetroot - and I show you how to make delicious soup with potatoes and chickpeas.

And I also show you how to prepare beetroot greens pesto. Beet greens are nutritious as they are rich in Vitamin K, copper, manganese, iron and calcium - so why not eat them?
