This actually started out as a vent video all the way back in April when I was feeling a bit sour from some random inconvenience that made me loose inspiration, and brilliant me decided to edit when completely uninspired resulting in frustration that I wasn't inspired and it came full circle.
For 2019, I had really wanted to expand on my editing, as all of the DMC Videos I have done in the past were all very fast paced/action/metal songs and it became very expected and usual of me. So here is me breaking free and trying out slow, emotional editing. Feedback is welcome since it's my second ever time editing something like this.
I also just realized this is the first full DMC5 GMV on my channel - ahh yes everyone knew I was going to upload one eventually lol not surprising at all. Regardless, I'm pretty stoked for how it turned out.

I completely missed my chance to participate in N7 Day 2018 so this year I set time aside to actually get a video done for it - pleased I made it in time! Barely.. theres still some mistakes in there but I cant be bothered fixing them anyways.
ME3 was the first game I played of the series, so no im not true fan but I absolutely loved it! It was one of the first games that actually made me tear up at the end - I always go for the Control ending but I went for the Destroy ending for this one as it made more sense canoncially since you see Shepard take a breath indicating it could continue??
Im happy I got a chance to edit a poem+Instrumental video again, been a hot minute since I had done one :)

Using Angel Sanctuary as the footage, say what you will about it. Angel Sanctuary was a impactful manga to me, I brought vol 1 in 2004 and improved my drawing style from the manga art.

Perhaps one day we will all feel united and come together through a dark time, but there will always be a group of people who will be complete assholes.

Hi everyone
With the horrible things happening in this world, terrorist attacks, thousands dying, its hard to remain to have hope for this world. My heart will forever go out to those deeply affected by the bombings, the entire LGBT Community, the families and friends of the victims in the attacks in France, Syria, Brussels, USA.
Its just heart-breaking to know that this is what the world has turned into. I wanted to host this MEP as a way to sending a personal reminder to love the people you care about, let them know you care, let them know you love because the good lord might take them away the very next day.
Thats the theme of this MEP; to love despite all the war, despite all the hate.
On a cheerful note, I am so happy this MEP is finished and it looks amazing!
You have all done so well and I am sure you will have made the composer of this song very proud!
While this MEP had its challenges as a month ago, the Omen trailer dropped and I received 4 parts within 24 hours all using the same footage in nearly the same order so I kept two parts in but regretfully had to ask the other two be changed. I failed as a MEP hoster in that regard, I probably should have kept tabs on what everyone was editing to avoid huge repeats like that. Hope you all can forgive me!

About the video, I did something a bit different with the start and left intentional 1/2 second gaps between clips for the purpose of using blankness.
Sometimes videos need gaps to keep interest and the pace right. It may or may not have worked in this particular video, but I tried it and I thought it worked.
When I started it had no gaps and it was crowded and just a mess.. so Im glad that I managed to clear that shit up lol

I love this band, after I was introduce to them by Hevanibeheim, I had wanted to edit with this song as well and so glad Mari accepted editing to it.
Its not my first time editing to other languages - I found it easier to edit to than Mari did but shit she did a good job aye!?
So the basic storyline is, Lightning quite narrow minded at first and is sucked from her world and is transported to three other worlds where she learns to broaden her horizons and meet new friends and people. Even if at first meeting they pull a gun on her!
