It is such a shame I had to negate the viewing of the dislike bar because of a rapid growth of dislikes. Which I feel, completely went against the theme of this MEP. Perhaps one day we will all feel united and come together through a dark time, but there will always be a group of people who will be complete assholes.

Hi everyone
With the horrible things happening in this world, terrorist attacks, thousands dying, its hard to remain to have hope for this world. My heart will forever go out to those deeply affected by the bombings, the entire LGBT Community, the families and friends of the victims in the attacks in France, Syria, Brussels, USA.
Its just heart-breaking to know that this is what the world has turned into. I wanted to host this MEP as a way to sending a personal reminder to love the people you care about, let them know you care, let them know you love because the good lord might take them away the very next day.
That's the theme of this MEP; to love despite all the war, despite all the hate.
On a cheerful note, I am so happy this MEP is finished and it looks amazing!
You have all done so well and I am sure you will have made the composer of this song very proud!
While this MEP had its challenges as a month ago, the Omen trailer dropped and I received 4 parts within 24 hours all using the same footage in nearly the same order so I kept two parts in but regretfully had to ask the other two be changed. I failed as a MEP hoster in that regard, I probably should have kept tabs on what everyone was editing to avoid huge repeats like that. Hope you all can forgive me!

About the video, I did something a bit different with the start and left intentional 1/2 second gaps between clips for the purpose of using blankness.
Sometimes videos need gaps to keep interest and the pace right. It may or may not have worked in this particular video, but I tried it and I thought it worked.

I love this band, after I was introduce to them by Hevanibeheim, I had wanted to edit with this song as well and so glad Mari accepted editing to it.

It was my absolute pleasure to edit with Kyrie, she has been a long time friend of mine and a great editor.
She is really active in the community, she has helped me out with the GMV awards since 2012 being a Head Judge and this year is the Head Judge of Best Romance category!
When Kyrie opened up her own GMV Studio Fading Memories I was honored she accepted my audition and I had so much fun editing in that studio. The studio was multi fandom which was a breath of fresh air for me as I was solely editing GMV for awhile. Regardless, as the studios namesake, the memories will remain with the studio as it has since closed but the projects will forever be there to watch!

I have so much hype for season 4. I hardly ever get into cartoons but this one really got me interested by the witty dialogue and the over-the-top ridiculousness to it as soon as I had finished watching season 3 I was so ready to edit with it!
I really enjoy this collab, both editing it and the end result, I feel Kyrie and I matched each others flow very well, without the timestamps, can you tell where one part ends and the other begins?

If I told myself 5 years ago that I would be editing Kingdom Hearts, my past self would have laughed and farted at the same time but HERE I AM WITH THIS VIDEEOO.
Not laughing and farting at the same time mind you.
I have only ever played one Kingdom Hearts game which was KH2. Honestly, brilliant game! The first few hours of KH2 were perfect in my eyes. We were introduced to this ordinary boy named Roxas in an ordinary world, it feels disconnected from what KH1 players remembered but during these 6 days of Roxas we are gradually introduced to the aspects of KH by the Divine Void - choosing your stats sword/shield/staff etc.
The story of Roxas is both interesting and tragic as we literally have to sacrifice this character who are playing as who we just got to start to like to get back Sora, our loving protagonist who we all know and love and it feels so bittersweet.
This is the first few hours of KH2 will always be most memorable for me.
Roxas is my fave character and when I saw first him in the Deep Dive trailer I was very interesting.
The concept of Nobodies is interesting.. I could enjoy KH more with just the lore itself, remove all the Disney worlds and all that yaddayah - The World that Never was is kick ass and I would build a summer home there.
My primary focus for this video was to just briefly touch on the fact that Sora is connected to each and everyone of these weirdos who appear in KH - and like the plot in KH2, with Soras memories being restored some of them come in a blur - hence some clips are blurred more than others.

Friendsaremypower actually put the idea in my head to edit KH as a dare and since that conversation I had been searching for a song that inspired my Darkstyle to tackle this Disney/SE game.
