So the boss rush here has taken another spin. Instead of the capsules leading directly to the refights, we're taken to short obstacle courses akin to the bosses' original stages, ala Mega Man Unlimited. But there's no fight at the end. Instead, completing one of these loads the boss into the room next to the capsules. But the door doesn't open unless you have at least two of them loaded up. That's right, the boss rush is the X Challenge from the collection. So best pick your battles wisely to make things easier. In the end, we still fight the Copy Sigma, who is a lot more agile than before with his swordplay.
However, there is more to the boss rush. Despite the capsules sealing when you load up 2 bosses into the fight, you can break them back open with Blast Launcher. This means you can load up to 3 bosses, or even 4. Or even all 8 at once. Take this challenge if you dare. Bring Icarus Armor if you want an easy time.
