And here's another stage that has changes to it depending on your actions. So normally, the stage is pretty wrecked. Seen better days without a doubt. This is most likely because of Vile testing out his new toy: the Goliath, a hulking Ride Armor. He awaits you at the end of the level. But remember, Vile can die before now. What happens then? Well, if Vile is already dead, the stage isn't destroyed and the enemies are a lot stronger. This stage is also unique in that this is the only level where Zero can enter a boss door without automatically swapping to X, and there's a reason for that. If Zero fights the miniboss in this level: Mosquitos, which only appears if Vile is dead, the bug will crash into Zero upon defeat, taking Zero out of the fight. So he gives X his Z-Saber to continue the fight. So now X has a triple attack to his charge like Zero did. The Z-Saber is the most powerful attack in the game, even before X gets it. But, if you have the Arm Parts, the Saber becomes a projectile. Anyway, without Vile here, the boss we fight is Volt Kurageil, a big squid looking robot that you will probably never actually see the full moveset for because you either two-shot it with the Saber, or you just offscreen it because the room is so big.
