This is a strat for the hallway right before Mandrill's door. It only applies if you're doing the waterful route (where you kill Sting Chameleon last).
Since you won't have Chameleon Sting, you need to change the strat up a bit. So instead of using C-sting to kill the first three guys? You use a lemon, a charged shot, and another lemon. It's a tiny bit different, but with a bit of practice, it's doable.
