This one is supposed to be hard, so I don't mind his patterns being pretty tricky, but I actually found him much more manageable than Yo-Yo Man, for example. I can't really give too much advice, because I think I got kind of lucky in my run, but try to stay on the blocks he spawns, and watch out for his fake out death, he'll try and spawn right on top of you.
