This is because when the Mega Man event ran, manacasters did not exist as a weapon class. Therefore, there was no manacaster Mega Weapon made.
Fun fact: Summer Mym is the only adventurer to not appear in this and the previous video. This is because she's both a manacaster unit as well as a dragondrive unit. This means her skills cannot be shared, and she cannot equip a Mega Weapon, making her unable to use the Mega Buster. Every other adventurer has been able to either share their skill, or wield a Mega Weapon.
