Being the final Robot Master of this game, he was the most easiest to defeat. At the beginning of the fight and after every attack, he will either do the following to get to the other side: one big jump, two jumps, one jump and then running, or just running on foot. When he is charging his Mirror Buster/Spear, keep your distance and fire at most four shots at him. Dodge him and repeat.
