This is for an MEP hosted by the wonderful KitakLaw for our group, Stifled Creativity. All the parts I've seen so far are AMAZING! Hopefully I'll have a link up for you soon, Kitak, with the download link, ok dear?
I chose Pocahontas as my character because she's always been one of my favorite Disney girls, and I admire her for her strength, wisdom, and kindness. Also, I have black hair and brown eyes, so I figured that I kind of looked like her. lol. Personality wise, I'm not sure if I'm as strong and noble as Pocahontas, but I'm trying to be! And then, on a sentimental reason, my daddy (He passed away in 2006) always used to call me his Pocahontas, and I'll never forget that. =)
I chose this song 'Let Go' because it goes along SO well with my life right now. I'm having to overcome a lot of personal and family tragedies that have happened, including the loss of two very important people in my life, and it's been really hard, and sometimes I don't even know who I am or where I'm going with my life. And this song makes me realize that sometimes you just need to 'let go and just jump in' into your life.
