✨ 18 years ago, Michelin-starred chef Mathias Dahlgren collaborated with designer Mårten Cyrén and Morakniv to create the Steak Knife Masur – originally designed for his two-star restaurant, Matsalen.

Mathias shares:
“My first memory of food was when I was four, and I went with my mom and grandma to the village’s wood-fired bakery. I remember the rolling, pricking, and baking, but the best part was the result – eating warm bread with melting butter. That’s a feeling I want to return to every day.”
