Sharpen Like a Pro with Tormek!

Got a dull, old kitchen knife and no clue about its knife bevel angle? Don’t stress, the Tormek marker method will have your blade razor-sharp in no time. Here's how: ✨👇

1. Color the bevel of the knife edge with a marker.

2. With the machine off, place your knife in the sharpener jig.

3. Manually spin the honing wheel and watch where the color scrapes off.

4. Adjust the angle:
- If it scrapes just the tip, lower the angle.
- If higher up scrapes, raise the angle.

5. Finally… Try to remember the angles of your knives!
