Nocuit calls Zeplin in after witnessing him beat up a fellow soldier for making fun of Nocuit.
Nocuit and Zeplin are part of the PMYCA, an organisation that aims to cleanse the world of powerborn and power users, as they are viewed as a threat to society. Zeplin was taken in after Nocuit led an assault on an area in the City for a cleansing, killing Zeplin's brother as a result. However, Zeplin reacted quite happily and grateful for that and approached Nocuit to join their cause.
Briq Cade (NOT BRIM LOL) and Nocuit take him in and treat him as a son. However, Nocuit is disturbed by Zeplin's interest in violence, prioritising it above their cause. With Zeplin only being a child, Nocuit brings him in to talk before telling him to stay out of action for a while, as he discusses further with Briq.
