Meet Anneliese Lawton, a mom of three, a bestselling author, an editor of a local magazine and our 2023 Run for Women Community Champion!
Along with all of these things, Annie also lives with mental illness. Depression specifically. As we approach the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women on June 17, Annie will be sharing more of her mental health story with us and how St. Joe’s Women’s Health Concerns Clinic gave her the help she needed when she was in crisis, and why she’s taking part to give back to the Hospital that supported her journey to recovery from the depths of postpartum depression.
Annie is inviting our community to join her as she raises funds for women’s mental health care at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, so that the women in our lives, women just like her, have access to the expert help they need close to home, right here at St. Joe’s.
