Welcome to another guided meditation from Justin Caffrey.
We use guidance and silence within this meditation. A nice introduction to silence as opposed to guidance.

This is a series to help you connect to the autonomic nervous system. Accessing the vagus nerve and moving the sympathetic state to the parasympathetic state. This is the place where the immune system functions best, your mind is calm, and you have a greater sense of clarity. Anxiety starts to dissipate.

Moving the nervous system from the sympathetic state to the parasympathetic state. Accessing the vagus nerve. Simple breathing techniques and guidance provided by Justin. Included a connection to heart felt gratitude.

This is a meditation to help calm down mind and slow down a little. It is also a discussion around the triggers of anxiety and stress. Ways to assist you to moving away from anxiety and accessing the vagus nerve. Moving to the parasympathetic state.

I offer live meditation sessions on instagram, facebook and Zoom each day All are welcome.
