Sir Dan sets foot inside the Hilltop Mausoleum in search of the elusive skull key. The hallowed halls have been defiled, however, and wretched creatures stalk its catacombs. Now Dan must contend with the master of the mausoleum if he has any hope of escape!

Gameplay of the 1998 video game _MediEvil_ created and developed by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (Cambridge) and published by Sony Computer Entertainment America for the PlayStation.
All gameplay was recorded from a North American (Black Label, SLUS-94227 94227) copy of the game running on a PlayStation model SCPH-9001 using the official PlayStation S-Video cable. Footage has been upscaled to 4K UHD (2160p) using the RetroTINK-4K for clarity.
The RetroTINK-4K is also being used to apply an exponential scanline effect in an effort to approach the appearance of playing on a CRT display; as would be commonplace at the time of the game's release.
