Animation Preview Pro is currently in Unity's $20 Sale and will soon get an update with which you can disable root motion on the gameobject automatically and which allows you to set the default mode when a new clip gets added. This improves the workflow when you stage a scene. I wanted to test the upcoming update with a lot of characters. So I decided to use Pure Village as scene and populate it with 3D Stylized Medieval Characters. The asset has plenty of individual characters including animations and it matches the stylized scenery perfectly 😊
The video is a bit long because I wanted to explore the animations and find character groups that combine well with each other. I hope you don't mind 😉
