These two kinetic sculptures were commissioned by the Childrens Theatre Foundation of America, a small foundation that supports organizations and individual artists through grants and awards. One of the awards they give, the Corey Medallion, is presented in a particularly fun way. Along with a cash prize, the Medallion itself is incorporated into a piece of original art. This year the Foundation was interested in us creating the pieces! These awards were presented at the TYAUSA conference at Imagination Stage in May, 2025.
