This video, by The Cooper Institute, shows a circuit for the anaerobic system using a medicine ball. Perform each exercise for 10 seconds.

Combination lifts can be done with any type of equipment. Clients can perform a specific number of repetitions of each exercise back-to-back to create a combination lift lasting between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. Another option is to specify the amount of time spent on each exercise. For example, you could spend 30 seconds doing as many controlled repetitions as possible for each of four back-to-back exercises for a total interval time of 120 seconds. This video demonstrates a few repetitions of each exercise used in a medicine ball blast combination lift.
