A channel for anyone who loves to cook , likes fast meals, needs a food fix sometimes, or likes the occasional cookbook fancy!

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
For the Casserole:
4 cups mashed potatoes or smashed for a slightly less smooth potato texture. (Cooked)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (A handfull saved for the top)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
