Hello, something different this time—
A hands-on educational project I’ve been working on for the past few months, combining mini 4-wheel drive racing cars with STEM education!
This workshop, originally designed by Karl, lets kids assemble, paint, tune, and race their own Tamiya Mini 4WD cars. But it’s more than just fun—they also learn physics, mechanics, electronics, and programming along the way.

My role was to design and program a custom RPM measurement and timing device using the LilyGO T4 AMOLED platform. With a proximity sensor and a bit of code, we turned simple toy cars into tools for learning about speed, distance, voltage, gear ratios, and more.
This is the kind of workshop I wish existed when I was a kid.
