Looks like the boat teams are getting some practice in for the upcoming 28th Annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival. This year's festival is scheduled for August 11th and August 12th in Flushing Meadow Park. The boats that day will be adorned with dragon heads and tails. Should be a great event.
