The Forward alumni community met in Warsaw for a day of meaningful conversations, shared learning, and new connections. Alumni had the chance to exchange perspectives, reflect on their experiences, meet and learn from McKinsey experts, and connect with others who are continuing their journeys beyond the program.

These connections are an important part of the Forward experience. McKinsey.org Forward is a free 10-week online learning program designed to help people at different stages of their careers build practical skills that are relevant and transferable across industries and roles.

More than 290,000 learners have completed Forward, developing skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, effective communication, and digital and AI fluency, while joining a global community that continues to learn and connect.
