Screen Comparision rM Pure vs Supernote Manta
The reMarkable Paper Pure has a 227 PPI screen. The Supernote Manta has 300 PPI. That should make this an easy comparison, but it really isn’t.
I tested the same documents, handwriting, fine lines, comics and photographs on both tablets. The Manta is technically sharper, but the Paper Pure’s whiter background, excellent contrast and smoother navigation allow it to produce some surprisingly strong results.
The Manta remains my favourite overall, but this comparison suggests that reMarkable may be closer to the top than many reviewers think.
