This is my part for FairyTaleStudios' "May I" MEP, hosted by the wonderful XxFairyTopia!

Theme: A guy is thinking about his dead girlfriend.

There's no real story; Beast is depressed because Odette is gone, and keeps thinking about the memories they shared.

Please, please, please forgive the suckiness of this video. I wanted this to be beautiful and heartbreaking, but sadly it's quite rushed and messy and I'm really frustrated with how it turned out. :/

So for those of you who don't know, my editing software decided to stop working recently! Not just PowerDirector, but Vegas too. It's ever since I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (or rather, since my laptop took the liberty of updating all by itself). I've had to reinstall both programs, which was a nightmare in itself. To make things even worse, Vegas only wants to work if I run the laptop in Safe Mode! I began to wonder if I'd ever make videos again, let alone get this MEP part finished. Honestly, it might sound dramatic but I struggled to find the programs, then once I'd found them they wouldn't install, then after they were finally installed they wouldn't run. To put it lightly, the entire experience has been a nightmare.

PowerDirector still works normally, BUT, it's a newer version I've had to install. It's not hugely different from the version I was using before; in some ways, it's a lot easier (and a lot more advanced), but in other ways, it's much harder and I'm struggling to get used to it. (I hate change!!) That's why this video is so basic and why the timing is so shoddy – even simply trimming a clip is a difficult task. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually, but for now I'm struggling to make even the most basic of videos. *le sigh*

Anywhos, enough about computers; this is also my first video of 2015! 2014 was a happy year for me, and I hope 2015 will be, too. And of course, I hope it's a fantastic year for all of you reading this! :)
