Born to hardworking immigrant parents, Maxim was inspired to maximize his time at UWM while independently paying his way through. He excelled in his IT coursework while working two jobs and rebuilding the UWM Rugby team.

"I'm humbled for the opportunities I've been given and I want to do as much as I can," Maxim says.

Maxim explored many IT focuses with the help of his teacher and mentor Jason Dietenberger and landed a technology internship at Eppstein Uhen Architects.

"He has been really inspirational in shaping me to be the next generation of solutionist that the industry deserves," Maxim says.
