Released in 1978, Baseball, from Mattel Electronics, was one of the first all digital hand-helds. You "simulate" a game of baseball by pressing buttons and watching LED's... and of course, using your imagination. Apparently it was re-released in 2001 under the name "Classic Baseball", I have the original version.
