Hand-crafted orchestral triangles from Matt Nolan Custom.
Some examples of my Nigel Shipway Signature range triangles, but in High Carbon Steel instead of Brass. The Steel has a harder, more in your face sound than the Brass, though actually has fewer high overtones present. These have a very complex overtone spectrum due to the shape and the hand hammering. The shape is also helpful at aiding in playing piano and pianissimo rolls with one hand.
Hand forged, one at a time. These High Carbon Steel triangles are carefully hardened and tempered. Also available in other weights and sizes on special order. See my other videos. Apologies for poor rolls!
