New York drumming ace, Alex Cohen, tries out this 22" Bronze Ride Cymbal in a drum booth at Skyline Studios.
Sadly, we didn't have the studio's audio facilities at our disposal as there was another session going on, so it is just the camcorder audio, but it still gives a reasonable idea of the sound of the cymbal.
Alex is also playing some 8" Micro-Hats (Nickel Silver bottom, Stainless Steel top), a 12" Bronze Splash Cymbal, an 18" Bronze Heavy "Flaming" Crash Cymbal and a 21" thin Stainless Steel Trash-Crash. In the foreground you can see a Nickel Silver "String Thing" though it is not played in this clip.
All cymbals were hand made in Bath, England, UK by Matt Nolan Custom.
