Hello Everyone!
RECIPE BELOW. Yeah! Another matcha video :) This cake uses so few ingredients and is super easy to prepare. I'm dedicating this video to Kim Jaejoong, his birthday is today :) He is my favourite artist, I hope you check him out.
6 eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of all purpose white flour
2 tsps of matcha (or cocoa powder)
1. Beat the eggs and sugar together for about 10 minutes until at least doubled in size.
2. Mix in the vanilla.
3. Gradually mix in the flour, do not overbeat!
4. Oil a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
5. Add 75% of the batter in the pan.
6. Mix in the matcha to the batter, then add to the cake pan.
7. Using a knife or toothpick, make swirls in the cake.
8. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
9. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
Please leave me all your questions, comments and suggestions I love hearing from you,
