Welcome to **East Kirkby Bike Night August 2026**, one of the biggest and most impressive motorcycle gatherings we've been to!
We headed to **East Kirkby in Lincolnshire** for an incredible evening surrounded by **over 2,000 motorcycles**, with everything from classic motorcycles and vintage bikes to modern superbikes, sports bikes, cruisers, two-strokes and some seriously unusual machines.
But this wasn't just another motorcycle meet...
One of the highlights of the evening was getting to see and hear the incredible **Avro Lancaster bomber start up and run its engines** at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. Standing amongst thousands of motorcycles while the Lancaster's Merlin engines came to life made this a very special bike night!

We also found some fantastic old Yamahas amongst the bikes, which certainly caught our attention, along with an enormous variety of motorcycles covering decades of British, Japanese and European motorcycling.
If you're into **classic motorcycles, Yamaha motorcycles, motorcycle restoration, vintage Japanese bikes, two strokes, superbikes, motorcycle shows, bike nights and motorcycle events in the UK**, there's plenty to see in this video.
And if you're interested in historic aircraft, there's the added bonus of seeing the magnificent **Avro Lancaster bomber running its engines at East Kirkby**.
The sheer number of bikes arriving made for an incredible atmosphere. Everywhere we looked there was something different to see, from beautifully restored classics to modern machines and bikes that brought back plenty of memories.
