The number of homes sold last month is down -3.8% from 6,737 12 months ago to 6,478 homes sold last month

The number of homes on the current market is down -12% from 21,229 12 months ago to 18,713 homes on the market last month

Months of inventory is down from last year from 3.2 months of inventory to 2.9 months of inventory

Finally, the average 30-year mortgage interest rate has gone up from 4.04% 12 months ago to 4.18%

We are firmly in a seller's market in MD. This a good time to sell your Maryland home before interest rates go up and there are few people buying homes in Maryland.
