It's Team Shadaloo 💀 Cammy actually has special win quotes and poses when the two of them team together. Another fun fact is that her Killer Bee outfit and sprite first debuted in X-Men vs. Street Fighter (and in then in Street Fighter Alpha II Gold). I primarily play as Cammy here. The character that defeats Apocalypse is who you'll have to use to face your partner afterward. Defeating them gives you your character's ending.
