I finally received confirmation from Sony Germany that they will refund 100 % of my Marvel Heroes Omega purchases (that includes all founder packs which I purchases on release day of the closed beta, so April 2017).

As I have used prepaid PSN codes for my purchases they basically ask for my confirmation if they should transfer the money back to my Paypal account.
They also inform me that - due to administrative reasons - 3.02 € will remain in my PSN wallet.
