No new content announced for Marvel Heroes Omega via the official Playstation Blogs for Europe and Germany (and also the Benelux blog who mentioned Gladiator Thor and the Omega Prestige pack for Hulk and Thor last week):

Black Bolt finally became available for Eternity Splinters/G:

It appears that Black Bolt's available as of now for G's and ES for both consoles.
(Black Bolt is not only NOT available in the in-game store for Gs or Eternity Splinters, in addition his character pack is still on the PSN Store in spite of AgentPilot stating that character packs would limited time(starting with Black Bolt) and exclusive to the Store/Marketplace before becoming available in-game for Eternity Splinters/ Gs after 30 days.
He released October 5th so he should have become available latest this Monday, October 6th:

So the Halloween is still active without communication and they missed not only to release the content for Thor Ragnarok but they also missed to release Black Bolt in-game (even though he is already 100 % usable in the game).
Not looking good.
