The BlacklineX Powered Series of speakers from Martin Audio is amazing. I am very impressed with the clarity of sound I was able to get out of these speakers. I tested the XP12, XP15, and XP118 Subs.

The XP12 is a powered 12 inch speaker. I tested it as a main speaker in a coffee chop like setting and as a stage monitor speaker in a room that seats 250 people. The XP12 worked great in both situations. The XP15 powered 15 inch speaker, I tested paired with the powered XP118 sub woofers. It has built in crossovers when paired together, so the subs take the low frequencies and the tops take that upper frequencies. This produced a very clear, dynamic sound. I even had others comment that this system sounded great.

Another nice feature about all three of these speakers is that you can plug an instrument or microphone directly into the speaker without the use of a mixer. You can also stream stereo audio via Bluetooth to the speakers.

Martin Audio hit a home run with this BlacklineX Powered series of speakers.
