Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg shares a way AI could unlock more, not less jobs like customer support.

Currently, Meta has no voice or phone customer support because it’s too expensive to scale support for 3.5 billion users.

However, if AI is able to handle 90% of support, it could be worth creating jobs at 1/10th of the cost it might have been.
