We continue the study of the Gospel of Mark in Greek by analyzing Mark 1:38. Jesus has gone to a solitary place early in the morning to pray. When Peter and the other disciples wake up they start searching for him desperately. Finally they find him and tell him that everybody has been searching for him. Jesus does not give any explanation but urges his disciples to move on to the next villages around the Lake of Galilee. He needs to preach the gospel there as he has preached it in Capharnaum. And then he adds an enigmatic expression...
