This is a fully-featured English translation made by FCandChill for Mario's Super Picross, a Japan-exclusive puzzle game that has never been translated before by Nintendo, though it has been brought over untranslated a few times and is currently available on Nintendo Switch Online as well.
The tutorial and all translatable Japanese in the game have been translated, such as the short quips said by Mario and Wario as you progress in the game. Puzzles have not been changed in order to keep all the content as original as possible--but any that used Japanese characters have been notated in the explanation for what the uncovered puzzle is, in order to show what they mean to say.
This video covers the tutorial (seen after waiting long enough on the title screen) and Level 1 of Mario's Picross, unlocking Wario's Picross as a result, and showing a bit of it in order to demonstrate the different gameplay types.
