Unfortunately, this game is not playable in it's current state on the website above. Though the website uses Ruffle, it still doesn't seem to want to play.

Using archive.org I retrieved the Mario vs. Sonic flash .swf file from the website. If you would like to play it, follow these steps:
1. Download the .swf file here: mediafire.com/file/zin38wga88220lc/pjinns_mario_vs_sonic.swf/file
2: Download a flash player projector from here (the most recent one should do): archive.org/details/flashplayerarchive
(This was previously available from Adobe themselves at this link adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html , but is now deprecated, *sigh*)
3. Open up the projector, and drag the .swf file onto it. Then you should be able to play it in its original flash form without issues.
