I created this midi-- it is not someone else's work. It's my accurate transcription of the aircheck version of Comrade K.K. (from the Animal Crossing series) transcribed by ear and played as a midi through Synthesia. This midi does not deviate at all from the original, and all notes/chords are the same as they were in the original. My sheet music was adapted off of this.

This was composed by Kazumi Totaka.

There's a "voice" instrument in the original aircheck that I made a piano in this version. There's really no other instrument that would work as well.

The sound is played through Synthesia with the Arachno SoundFont 1.0.
