This is the new Mario Party game: Island Tour for the 3DS! This minigame is called Ice Shelf Shuffle. The only thing you gotta do is survive on the ice, and avoid the pinguins! The computers are on Master Difficulty. I really like this minigame! Although I also find it a bit too easy :/
