This is the new Mario Party game: Island Tour for the 3DS! This minigame is called Spin and Bear It! It's all a lucky guess! Just choose one panel and hope you'll not get flatted! The computers are on Master Difficulty. This minigame is a luck minigame (I don't know why but I always have bad luck), which I hate. XD
