This is the new Mario Party game: Island Tour for the 3DS! This minigame is called Can't Fuel Me! You need to take get enough pressure in your rocket so you land as close as you can near the 100m. I myself count the amount of pumps, but you can also count the amount of seconds. The computers are on Master Difficulty. I myself find this minigame veryyyy hard, especially with the Master computers, because then they nearly always get a perfect score. (yea really, I did this minigame about 100 times) D:
