This is the new Mario Party game: Island Tour for the 3DS! This minigame is called Rung Direction. You have to get up, and avoid the spiky balls! The computers are on Master Difficulty. This minigame is pretty tough, it's really hard to avoid all the spiky balls, I had luck by winning. :)
