All of Toad, Koopa, Shy Guy, Boo, Goomba, and the Announcer's voice clips from Mario Party 4, provided by Jen Taylor (Toad), Kazumi Totaka (Shy Guy), Charles Martinet (Boo and Goomba), and Eriko Ibe (Announcer), reused from previous Mario Party games, and reused again in 5, 6, and 7. Known in-game as the Hit Cube 5, the first 5 characters naturally serve as the hosts of the game as well as the various boards (respectively, there's Toad's Midway Madness, Koopa's Seaside Soiree, Shy Guy's Jungle Jam, Boo's Haunted Bash, and Goomba's Greedy Gala). They put together the boards so that the main playable characters could celebrate their birthdays together. As for the Announcer, her voice clips would be reused in 5 as well as the Japanese versions of 6 and 7 (she was replaced by the male Announcer in the international versions). And with that, all of the currently available voice clips from MP4 are now on YouTube! Credit goes to Blu and AlexToadstoolBoi for providing these voice clips.
