Another Yoshi's Story track, this time it's one of my personal favourites. Can't exactly describe why I like this piece, I guess I just, *ahem* love the way it sounds. As for the level it plays on, I could go either way as it's a tower level if memory serves correctly, but trying to find the rare Yoshi eggs is hard since the black and white Yoshis are the best ones in the entire game. This video also serves as a good example of using the sustain feature in Super Mario Paint to its best ability as it works in this song's favour.
