I found today that this was possible. Since the "timer event" in Guffawha Ruins is skipped like this, the route through Guffawha Ruins is viable for a TAS now. But it seems to take too long. I think I could go through the desert instead in less than 3 minutes...

I don't know what happened in one of the rooms, I just warped next to the exit. Was unintentionally pretty cool.
