Notes:
* The old run used VBA-v23 (60 FPS) and the new run used Bizhawk-Gambatte (59.728 FPS). Because of the FPS difference and because VBA-v23 skipped much screen transition lag, the new run is 10 seconds slower in real-time. But it's 3 seconds faster in in-game time.
* This video converted the old run to the new FPS and cut out the screen transition lag in order to have a good in-game-time comparison. But it doesn't take in-level lag into account, so the numbers will be off by a small margin. (Here is a table that directly takes the level times, not counting in-level lag: tasvideos.org/5699S.html#LevelComments )
* Because of an error in the script, the very last segment doesn't say how much time was saved (~5 frames in the Gargamel fight).
